Fried Potato with Mushroom

Ingredients

  • Potato: 200g
  • Pearl Oyster mushroom: 100g
  • Allium Porum:
  • Onion: 1 Tuber
  • Sugar
  • Broth mix
  • Soy source

Instruction

  1. Peel the potato and dip potato in light salted water for 15 minutes
  2. Cut the potato in to pieces with shaped of your choice
  3. Immerse cutted potato again in light salted water for 1 hour, after that take out the potato without washing them with water and put them in a textile sheet leave potato inside fridge for minimum 1 hour.
  4. Deep fry potato with moderate temperature, when frying the potato, please do not stir them, just leave them inside the oil till it becomes a bit yellow on the skin. Once potato is ready, it will float and you can take it out and put potato in a dish.
  5. Cut onion (orange segment shape)
  6. Fry Allium Porum a bit and put mushroom in, turn off the fire, then put species (soy sauce, broth mix, and a little bit of sugar), then open fire again. Kindly note that the mushoom will become ready very quick so dont fry long.
  7. Put fried potato and onion in and mix for a while.
